For all countries marked with an * you must dial: 1 + country code + number. All other countries dial: 011 + country code + city code + number. For all countries marked with an ** you must notify us first to allow the calls to complete.

State-to-State inbound toll-free rates originating from outside of the continental U.S. are as follows: Alaska $0.15, Hawaii $0.079, Puerto Rico $0.15, U.S.Virgin Islands $0.15, Canada $0.15. Taxes, Federal USF fees apply. Rates subject to change. The rates on calls to mobile phones in some countries may be higher than land-line rates (see above).
